By way of present appeal, challenge has been laid to the judgment and decree dated 12.08.1992 passed by the Addl. District Judge, Ambala whereby the judgment and decree dated 21.12.1987 passed by Addl. Senior Sub-Judge, Ambala Cantt. was reversed/modified.
