1. The above mentioned three writ petitions are being disposed of by a common judgment, as involve a similar issue.

2. The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petitions filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing the impugned notices along with scheme framed by the Government for handing over the dispensaries in the State of Punjab to Zila Parishads.
