1. By way of present petition, challenge has been laid to judgment dated 02.05.2017 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala affirming the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 16.08.2016 passed by JMIC, Phagwara against the petitioner for offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
2. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to compromise between the parties which has been placed on record as Annexure P-1. She submits that as per the covenants contained therein, the petitioner was required to pay a sum of Rs.1,30,000/- and further refers to affidavit of Balvir Singh s/o Sardar Kartar Singh, Attorney of the complainant, who stated on oath as under:-

Revision petition in view of the compromise effected between the parties."
3. She further points out that the said fact was also noticed in the order dated 10.09.2018 passed by this Court.
4. In view of above, this Court finds that as per the settlement, the complainant agreed to compound the offence committed by the petitioner. The amount stands paid.
5. In view thereof, the present revision petition is disposed off. The offence committed by the petitioner is ordered to be compounded.
6. Since the main case has been decided, pending miscellaneous application, if any, shall also stands disposed off.
