1. By way of present appeal, appellant has approached this Court for setting aside the impugned order dated 30.10.2023 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Chandigarh as well as award dated 09.03.2011 passed by the learned Arbitrator.
2. Counsel for the contesting parties submit that a similar matter came up for consideration before this Court in FAO-1798-2015 titled as "M/s Medsave Healthcare (TPA) Ltd. and another Versus Patel Hospital Pvt. Ltd. and another", which was decided on 17.08.2023. It has been submitted that objections against award dated 04.03.2013 were dismissed by the learned Additional District Judge, Chandigarh vide order dated 16.01.2015, which has been upheld in the said appeal. It has been further submitted that the present appeal is covered by the judgment rendered in FAO-1798-2015.
3. For the reasons given by this Court in FAO-1798-2015, the present appeal is dismissed.
4. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
