1. Against the impugned judgment the appellants had filed an intra court appeal being LPA-1505-2010-Gurmail Singh and others vs Supreme Singh and others which was dismissed by a Co-ordinate Bench on 23.02.2011.
2. The afore fact has not been disclosed in the present appeal.
3. In the light of the above, learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw the instant appeal.
4. Taking a rather lenient view in the matter, the prayer made by learned counsel for the appellants is accepted.
5. Dismissed as withdrawn.
