1. This is the 2" petition filed by the petitioner under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in:-
FIR No. Dated Police Station Sections 330 29.10.2023 |City Rajpura,|406 and 420 of IPC, 1860 District Patiala
2. Upon instructions from ASI Balbir Singh, State counsel submits that petitioner has joined and co-operated with the investigation. Still further, he submits that he is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
3. At this stage, counsel representing the petitioner and complainant have made a joint statement that the dispute has been amicably settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
