1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of impugned order dated 15.12.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Moga whereby the complaint of the petitioner bearing No. COMI/134/2019 dated 21.12.2019 has been dismissed as well as the impugned judgment dated 05.12.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Moga vide which the revision petition filed by the petitioner against the above said order dated 15.12.2022 has also been dismissed.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
