1. The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners in light of the order dated 05.04.2018.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that the appointment orders have been issued in favour of the petitioners as stated and appended with the reply and may be disposed of as such.
