1. The appellant has filed the instant appeal against judgment and decree dated 19.12.1996, whereby learned Additional District Judge, Kapurthala while allowing the appeal filed by the respondents/defendants has set aside the judgment and decree dated 18.11.1993 passed by learned Sub Judge 1st Class, Kapurthala, whereby the suit of the appellant/plaintiff has been decreed in his favour.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the appellant.
3. As per the office report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back unserved with the report "incomplete details".
4. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, liberty is granted to the appellant to revive the present appeal, if anything still survives.
