RITU TAGORE, J.(Oral)

1. It is a burnt case.

2. It is revealed that present FAO was filed against the judgment dated 16.09.1993, titled as ESIC vs. M/s Mahalaxmi Industries Ltd. (as per downloaded copy of High Court website). Further as per office report, notice was given to Mr. K.L.Kapur, Advocate, and he could not be contacted due to non-availability of full particulars and his name in the Bar Directory as well.

3. The report of learned District and Sessions Judge, Chandigarh also reveals that record of the case could not be secured for want of particulars.

4. On call of this case, there is no representation on behalf of any of the parties.

5. In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is clear that there is nothing on record from where the names/identity of the parties involved in the present FAO can be retrieved, enabling this Court for further possible progress in this matter.
