1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1993. Vide order dated 01.05.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, notice issued to the sole appellant has been received back with report that he was not found residing at the given address. Respondent No.1 is stated to have died. Respondent No.2 is stated to be residing in abroad. The only addresses available with the Court are which were given in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant.
2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
