1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 08.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, sole appellant is stated to be residing in abroad. Notice issued to the respondent has been received back unserved with the report that he is not residing at the given address. This is the only addresses which was given in the memo of parties and in the judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant.
2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
