1. Vide order dated 07.12.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the office report, the appellant stands duly served. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are stated to have died. Respondent No.3 stands duly served. Today no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite service. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
2. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
