This is a contempt petition filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobedience of order dated 24.10.2019 passed by the Writ Court and the judgment dated 19.09.2019 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Union of India Vs. Tarsem Singh.
Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that in this case the entire payment as per the supplementary award passed by the competent authority has been paid, therefore, the present petition be dismissed as infructuous. However, if any grievance is left outstanding, the petitioner would avail her alternate remedy, but in accordance with law.
Dismissed as infructuous.
However, if any grievance of the petitioner is left un-addressed, she would be at liberty to raise the same in any alternate remedy, but in accordance with law.
The pending miscellaneous application, if any, is also disposed of as such.
