1. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the matter has been compromised between the parties.
2. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that he has no instructions in the matter however the matter may be disposed off in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
