This is a second appeal filed against the judgment of the trial Court vide which the suit filed by the plaintiff for possession through pre- emption was decreed vide judgment dated 11.09.1992 and the appeal filed by the defendant was dismissed by the Additional District Judge, Hisar vide judgment dated 13.05.1993.
