1. The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0076 dated 21.04.2022, registered under Section 21/22 of NDPS Act, at Police Station South Moga, District Moga.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition on being confronted that as per record twice earlier the petitions filed already stand dismissed, while in the present, it is mentioned this to be the first.
