1. The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.197 dated 04.08.2015, registered under Section 22 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur.
2. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Darshan Singh submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that the petitioner stands convicted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur vide judgment dated 05.02.2024 and may be disposed of as such.
