The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of impugned order dated 06.02.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal in case FIR No.671 dated 29.07.2022, registered under Sections 22(c), 27(a) and 29-61-85 of NDPS Act, at Police Station City Karnal, District Karnal.
