1. The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.533 dated 03.09.2022, registered under Sections 22C-61-85 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Mujessar, District Faridabad.
2. As per custody certificate filed by learned State counsel, the petitioner is behind bars for 1 year, 6 months and 8 days, is involved in 4 more cases under the NDPS Act and in none of them, he is on bail.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage.
