1. Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner -- Mahipal, aged 60 years, for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash/set aside the complaint filed by respondent No.4 dated 27.11.2018 (Annexure P-3), along with all notices under Section 91 Cr.P.C., arising therefrom.

2. Learned State counsel, Mr. Praveen Chander Goyal, Additional A.G. Haryana, informs the Court that relief claimed in the present writ petition is rendered infructuous because during the pendency of the writ petition, one FIR No.27 dated 16.08.2022 under Sections 13(1)(e) read with Section 13(2) of the P.C. Act, 1988, was registered at Police Station State Vigilance Bureau, Faridabad, against the petitioner and his wife namely Ramesh Devi.

3. Counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to dispute the said factual position.

4. Therefore, this Court is left with no other option except to dispose of the present writ petition, as having been rendered infructuous.

5. Accordingly, present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

6. However, it will be open for the petitioner to seek remedy as per law, in case, he feels aggrieved in any manner, at the instance of the respondents.
