1. These are burnt cases.

2. The FAO has been preferred by Satbir Singh against Kewal and Yudhvir Singh (as evident from the judgment passed in MACT Case No.125 of 1993 decided on 20.10.1993 titled 'Satbir Singh Vs. Kewal and another').

3. Counsel for the appellant (in FAO-192-1994) stated that as per his knowledge respondents No.1 and 2 have passed away and despite his best efforts he could not trace out their LRs.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant, at this stage, there appears no reasonable possibility of tracing out the LRs of the respondents against whom compensation is sought. Learned counsel for the appellant also submitted at bar that the appeal and petition be consigned to the records with liberty to the appellant to revive the same as and when LRs of deceased respondents are traced.

5. In view of the above it is not desirable to linger on the present appeal and revision at this stage, and the same are disposed of with liberty to the appellant and revisionist to revive the same as and when anyone is aggrieved of by this order.
