CM-23685-CII-2023 Prayer in this application is for preponement of hearing of revision petition (CR-3596-2022), which is listed for 29.04.2024. Application is duly supported by an affidavit of the applicant- petitioner No.2.
No objection to the prayer is raised by learned counsel for respondent.
With the request and consent of learned counsel for parties, hearing of revision petition is pre-poned from 29.04.2024 to today itself.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record photocopy of judgment passed in Civil Suit No.5607 of 2015 titled 'Om Parkash Vs. Varsha Rani and another' stating that main suit has been disposed of and as such this revision petition has become infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an adjournment to have instructions in this regard. However, she was asked to get instructions today itself, then she did not turn up.
4. This petition is accordingly disposed of as having become rendered infructuous.
5. However, petitioners be notified of this order and they are given liberty to move an appropriate application, if so, aggrieved with the order.
