1. By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to release the attached property/land of the petitioner which was attached vide order dated 23.09.2016 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CRM-M-30877-2016 titled as "Sukhwinder Singh @ Sukha Bhau Vs. State of Punjab" in FIR No. 38 dated 10.05.2016 under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station, Sardulgarh, District Mansa.
2. In view of the facts that the petitioner stands acquitted vide judgment dated 30.09.2019 passed by the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mansa, property/land of petitioner as detailed in page 22, situated in revenue Estate of Village Sardulgarh, District Mansa has been released from attachment vide order dated 12.03.2024 passed by Naib Tehsildar, District Sardulgarh, thereby rendering the present petition as infructuous.
3. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
