The Counsel for the petitioner contends he has never sought adjournments but had been moving application seeking exemption from his personal appearance. He states that though he is currently residing in Thailand, he he is ready and willing to join the proceedings once again.
A perusal of the impugned order would reveal that the petitioner has filed multiple exemption applications and it was only then that the impugned order came to be passed. Be that as it may, as the petitioner is ready and willing to join the proceedings once again he is granted one opportunity to do so.
