1. Vide order dated 15.11.2023 notice was issued to the appellant for 05.03.2024. On 05.03.2024 the following order was passed :
"As per the Office report, the sole appellant has since expired.
On request of the learned counsel for the appellant, adjourned to 13.03.2024."
2. In the present case the sole appellant has since expired and today Mr. Ashok Sharma Nabhewala, Advocate states that he has no instructions in the matter.
3. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Yogesh Sharma 2024.03.14 09:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
