1. Challenge in the present appeal is to the award dated 22.04.2011 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sirsa vide which recovery rights have been given to respondent No.1-Insurance Company on the ground that the driving licence was not placed on the record.

2. During the pendency of the present appeal, the driving licence (Ex.P-1) was placed on the record as additional evidence by way of an application being CM-10356-CII-2012.

3. Learned counsel for respondent No.1-Insurance Company states that the driving licence (Ex.P-1) has since been verified and the same was found to be valid at the time of the accident.

4. In view thereof, the present appeal is allowed to the extent that there would be no recovery rights in favour of respondent No.1-Insurance AMAN JAIN 2024.03.13 21:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

605 FAO-6110-2011 (O&M) -2- Company. The impugned award stands modified accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
