On 24.01.2024, the following order was passed:-
"The prayer in the petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.327 dated 15.11.2021 under Sections 452, 307, 379-B, 302 and 34 IPC registered at P.S. Sadar Palwal as the petitioner has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C.
The counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C and as such his custodial interrogation is not required.
Notice of motion for 13.03.2024.
In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today and shall be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court."
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the afore-mentioned order, the petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court and has been released on interim bail.
