VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (Oral)

The Regular Second Appeal has been filed by the appellant against the judgment dated 09.09.1992 passed by Addl. Senior Sub Judge, Bahadurgarh, District Rohtak as well as to the judgment dated 09.12.1992 passed by Addl. District Judge-III, Rohtak.

The matter pertains to the year 1993. The matter came up for hearing on 09.12.2022 and notice was issued to the appellant as well as counsel. It has been reported by the Registry that the sole appellant is reported to have left the said place for 5-6 years ago while the counsel pleads that he is not the counsel in the case and was appearing in the said matter on behalf of the Senior Counsel.
