1. The present revision petition is against the judgment of acquittal dated 29.01.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fetehgarh Sahib, whereby, the accused who had been convicted by the trial Court have been acquitted in the appeal.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from his client and, hence, he does not wish to pursue the present petition.
3. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
