1. The present petition is for quashing of the order dated 02.11.2022 (Annexure P-6).
2. Mr. Rohit Sud, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent and filed his vakalatnama, which is taken on record. He fairly submits that in fact the complaint filed by the respondent already stands withdrawn, hence, the present petition does not survive.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits on the same lines and wishes to withdraw the complaint.
