1. The present appeal has been filed by the appellant for setting aside the judgment and decree dated 21.08.2014 passed by the Court of learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) Ambala and the judgment and decree dated 03.04.2015 passed by the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Ambala.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the judgments and decrees passed by the Courts below have been executed and the necessary benefits have been released i.e. Rs.5,28,211/- towards gratuity including interest from 13.09.2012 to 03.03.2017.
3. In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
