1. On the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that as per his instructions, the respondent has already died and hence, the present regular second appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the appellant to revive the present regular second appeal, in case, legal heirs of the respondents are interested in pursuing the judgment challenged in appeal by filing any execution application.
