1. Through the instant petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.43 dated 21.1.2023, Under Section 379-A IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Thanesar, District Kurukshetra.
2. Today, the learned State counsel has placed on record the copy of the judgment dated 5.1.2024, whereby, the petitioner is stated to be acquitted from the charges framed against him by the learned trial Court concerned.
3. In view of the above, the instant petition is ordered to be dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
