1. This is a Civil Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of prohibition restraining the respondents from proceeding with the departmental proceedings against the petitioner during the pendency of the criminal case.
2. Learned State Counsel has submitted that as per his instructions, vide judgment dated 07.06.2023, the petitioner stands acquitted and thus, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
4. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of in view of the abovesaid order.
