1. The present appeal pertains to the year 2005. On 19.01.2024 the following order was passed :
'Earlier the present case was dismissed for non- prosecution vide order dated 20.11.2019. Thereafter, the same was restored vide order dated 14.01.2020. On 24.03.2023 none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. The same was the situation on 18.04.2023.
Today, a request for an adjournment has been made on behalf of arguing counsel for the appellants on the ground that he is in some personal difficulty. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 12.03.2024. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted on any account.'
2. Today no one has come present on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. AMAN JAIN 2024.03.12 20:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

3. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
