1. Vide order dated 15.11.2023 fresh notices were issued to the appellants as well as the respondent. As per the office report, appellant Nos.1(i), 2, 5 are stated to have died. Appellant Nos.1(ii), (iv), 3, 4, 6 and 7 remain unserved due to incomplete addresses. Appellant Nos.1(iii) and (v) stand duly served. There is no other address available for effecting the service of appellant Nos.1(ii), (iv), 3, 4, 6 and 7 except for the address mentioned in the memo of parties. Today no one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of appellant Nos.1(i), 2 and 5 nor any counsel has put in appearance on behalf of appellant Nos.1(iii) and

(v) who have duly been served. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

2. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
