1. Prayer in this petition is for quashing of the FIR No.0069 dated 31.10.2022, under Section 306 of IPC (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Bhaini Miyan Khan, District Gurdaspur and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the affidavit dated 18.01.2023 (Annexure P-2).
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition in light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of "Daxaben versus State of Gujarat and Others"
(criminal appeal No.1061 of 2022).
3. In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
