1. The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for restraining the respondents from withdrawing any benefit from the pay scales of the petitioner on account of judgment dated 05.01.2021 (Annexure P-6) passed in CWP No.11686 of 2004, wherein it has been held that the ACP Scheme would be applicable to the employees of Govt. Schools only and not to the employees of Govt. Aided Schools, further directing the respondents for implementing the instructions issued by the Government vide letters dated 22.10.2023 (Annexure P-1D) and 16.07.2003 (Annexure P-7).
2. The petitioner had earlier filed CWP No.2244 of 2024 with the same prayer as has been made in the present writ petition and the same was withdrawn vide order dated 07.02.2024 (Annexure P-14). Again the present writ petition has been filed without any cause of action which have accrued to the petitioner to approach this Court.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant writ petition.
