1. Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 07.11.2023 (Annexure P-6) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Nakodar whereby the application filed under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC read with Section 151 CPC by defendant No.1-petitioner for amending the written statement was dismissed.
2 As per the E-Courts website of Civil Court Nakodar, District Jalandhar, the main civil suit itself stands dismissed.
3. In view thereof, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
4. Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
