1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 05.12.2023 notice was issued to the sole appellant. As per the service report, service could not be effected due to incomplete address. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties and in the judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant.
2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
