This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Laboratory Technician from the date of her eligibility, i.c., 18.08.2023, along with all consequential benefits.
2. Learned State counsel, by referring to the office order dated 06.03.2024, contends that the relief claimed has been granted to the petitioner, as she has been promoted to the post of Laboratory Technician in the pay structure of FPL-6 of revised pay Rule-2016 with immediate effect.
3. In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication, and the petition stands disposed of as such. However, in case the petitioner is aggrieved against the order, dated 06.03.2024, in any manner, she may represent to the respondents in that regard.
