1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against respondents for non-compliance of order dated 13.08.2013 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in CWP-16210- 2013 in terms of the liberty granted in CWP-4483-2017 vide order dated 06.03.2017 (Annexure P-2).
2. In view of the order of even date passed by this court in COCP-1062-2017 titled as Guru Nanak Khalsa College, Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala through its Principal & others V/s. Anurag Verma, IAS, & others, the present petition is also dismissed, in the same terms.
3. However, the petitioners-Institute would be at liberty to avail any other alternate remedy, in accordance with law, qua its outstanding grievance in the matter.
