1. The appellant/plaintiff has filed the instant appeal against judgment and decree dated 01.12.1992, whereby learned Additional District Judge, Amritsar, while allowing the appeal filed by the respondents/defendants, has set aside the judgment and decree dated 01.08.1991, passed by learned Sub Judge Ist Class, Amritsar in favour of the appellant/plaintiff.
2. As per the office report, notice sent to the sole appellant has been received back with the report "not residing at the given address" and notices issued to the respondents have been duly served, however, none has put in appearance on their behalf.
3. Since it is not possible for the Court to serve the appellant in the absence of her fresh/correct address, therefore, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, in case anything still survives in the appeal.
