1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 2(b) read with Sections 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against respondents for non-compliance of order dated 03.03.2016 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in CWP-19381- 2014 in terms of the judgment in CWP-25427-2015.

2. In view of the order of even date passed by this court in COCP- 1062-2017 titled as Guru Nanak Khalsa College, Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala through its Principal & others V/s. Anurag Verma, IAS, & others, the present petition is also dismissed, in the same terms.

3. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to avail any other alternate remedy, in accordance with law, qua their outstanding grievance in the matter.
