1. The present petition has been filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act for not implementing the judgment dated 15.02.2024 passed by this Court in CWP 9502-2023.
2. Counsel for the respondent has submitted that the order qua which the contempt is alleged has been complied with by passing a speaking order. Copy of order dated 01.03.2024, produced by counsel for the respondent in the Court today, is taken on record.
3. Counsel for the petitioners has not even disputed the aforesaid factual position.
4. In view of the above, the present petition is rendered infructuous and dismissed as such.
5. However, if any grievance of the petitioner is left un-addressed, they would be at liberty to avail any other alternate remedy , but in accordance with law.
