1. The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondent No.1 to 3 to not to permit the Administrator (respondent No.5 and 6) to withdraw and/or spend the panchayat fund/grants generated upon the yearly lease through auction held on 15.06.2024, under the notice dated 15.05.2024 (Annexure P-3).
2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his grievance with the concerned department, where he is stated to have already submitted his representation.
3. In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
4. All pending application(s), if any, shall also stand closed.
