1. After noticing the fact that Mr. V.G. Dogra, Advocate, who filed present writ petition, has expired, fresh notice was issued to the petitioner, at the address mentioned in the present writ petition.

2. As per office note, notice issued to the petitioner has been received back unserved with a report that "company locked for a long time".

3. In the absence of any assistance on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is unable to move with the proceedings of the present writ petition.

4. Thus, this Court is left with no other option, except to dismiss the present writ petition for non-prosecution.

5. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
