1. The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to grant notional increment to the petitioner for the period from 01.07.2012 to 30.06.2013, as he has completed one full year of service, though his increment accrued on 01.07.2013, thereby re-fixing his pension and grant all consequential benefits to him.
2. At the outset, both the learned counsels for the parties have submitted that the prayer made in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-8201-2024, titled as Hum Bahadur versus State of Haryana and others, decided on 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 21-07-2024 08:39:40 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:083040 CWP-6856-2019 -2- 15.04.2024 and therefore, the present writ petition may be allowed in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
3. In view of the statement made by both the learned counsels for the parties, the present writ petition is allowed in the same terms as in CWP-8201-2024.
