1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 29.11.2023 fresh notices were issued to the parties as counsel representing them stated that they have no instructions in the matter. As per the Office report, notices issued to appellants No.1(i) to 1(iii) and respondents No.1 and 2 have been received back duly served. However, no one has appeared on behalf of appellants No.1(i) to 1(iii) despite service. It appears that appellants No.1(i) to 1(iii) are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
